How are NeoCapes cleaned?

They are machine washable at 40c and can be tumble dried on a medium to cool heat.

The Cutting Collar can only be hand washed or cool machine wash and not suitable for tumble drying.

What colours are available?

Currently all NeoCape products are available in black only.

Can I have my logo on them?

We can have your logo embroidered onto the sleeved and sleeveless gowns. Just send us your logo and the size you would like it and we can give you a quote. All logos are priced separately and are at extra cost.

Are the NeoCapes waterproof?

All our models are water resistant. However we will be releasing a fully water, tint and bleach proof model soon.

Do NeoCapes come in different sizes?

All NeoCapes feature a small popper strip with six different popper points to fit most neck sizes.

Will it be tight round my neck?

The NeoCape has a wide neoprene band specially designed for comfort.

The neoprene should be flat against the skin with no gaps. As well as being close to the skin, the neoprene provides a watertight friction seal due to the contact area of the collar.

Even though on occasions the collar can appear tight, it will not obstruct breathing.

Is this product suitable for people with latex allergies?

The collar is 100% latex free and is completely suitable for people with latex allergies.
